Day 1 Arrival into Nairobi

Arrive with your scheduled flight into Nairobi. On arrival transfer to the Comfort Hotel  located at the centre of Nairobi and overnight.

Day 2 Nairobi/Arusha/Kilimanjaro

Transfer by a shuttle bus to Arusha and enjoy stunning views of Kenya and Tanzania landscape. After lunch in Arusha drive to the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge and overnight at the lodge, which hems the crater rim and has superb views over the crater floor.

Day 3 Ngorongoro

Enjoy a morning in the crater with picnic lunches exploring this unique ecosystem, which is a fertile landscape often referred to as the ?Garden of Eden? and has some of the greatest concentrations of wildlife in the world. In the afternoon enjoy a guided walk to a Masai village where you can learn about some of the fascinating cultures and traditions of the local tribes. Overnight Sopa Lodge in Ngorongoro

Day 4 Ngorongoro/Serengeti

Drive to Olduvai, the cradle of mankind, before continuing to the Serengeti slopes for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and overnight at Sopa Lodge (approx. 135 miles).

Day 5 Serengeti

A full day in the Serengeti with early morning and late afternoon game drives in search of resident game such as elephant, lion and giraffe. Overnight Sopa Lodge.

Day 6 Serengeti/Tarangire

Depart for the Rift Valley with lunch of Gibbs Farm en route to the Tarangire National Park and overnight Sopa Lodge. Dominated by the silhouettes of Great Baobob trees this beautiful park is and untouched haven for wildlife. Overnight Sopa Lodge (approx. 200 miles).

Day 7 Tarangire

Early morning and afternoon game drives exploring the 1000 square miles of Tarangire.

Day 8 Tarangire/Arusha/Nairobi

After breakfast transfer to Arusha and transfer by a shuttle bus to to Nairobi for your scheduled flight. Alternatively you may wish to extend your holiday on the Kenya Coast, Zanzibar or in Selous.
