The Great Ruaha River with its spectacular gorges flows along the parks' eastern border and is host to hippo and crocodile. The river is the parks lifeblood and provides drink for waterbuck, reedbuck and buffalo. This in turn attracts the predators: lion, leopard, hyena, wild dog and jackal. Plain animals thriving in the grasslands of the Ruaha include: greater and lesser kudu, impala, sable and roan antelope, giraffe, zebra, dik-dik and Grants gazelle. Birds are plenty too- over 370 species have been

Niall told us:
Our group of 3 Irish lads would like to thank Bobby and our exceptional guide Mike for giving us an amazing Safari experience. We decided to go with the 4 night/5 day Serrengetti lodge package which was great value for money. It was great to have the freedom to stop and go as we wanted. Our guide knew his way around very well and was the ultimate professional. You will definately need a minimum of 2 days in the Serrengetti to enjoy the experience. The Lodge looking out over the Ngorongoro crater is the perfect place to wind up the safari. We did our safari around mid June and were lucky enough to drive right into the migration. The Safari season changes around mid June and the prices rise by 25% so we got great value compared to other travellers using other tour companys.I would reccomenend this tour company to anyone wanting a great Safari experience.Great stuff.Niall trantniall@yahoo.co.uk
